Animal Nature Trust deeply values the trust and generosity of its donors. As a non-profit organization, we follow a transparent and fair donation policy.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Animal Nature Trust are final and non-refundable. Donations are immediately allocated toward animal rescue, medical treatment, feeding, and welfare activities.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same donation
- Incorrect donation amount due to a technical error
- Transaction failure where the amount is debited but not credited to our account
3. Refund Request Timeline
Any refund request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Process
- Requests must be sent via email to animalnaturetrust@gmail.com
- Please include:
- Transaction ID
- Donation date
- Amount donated
- Reason for refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
5. Processing Fees
Payment gateway or bank processing charges, if any, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
